This is to bring to your kind notice that Kim Taehyung BTS V's name got omitted twice in a row from Gaon Chart Awards. A repeated mistake cannot be taken lightly and is highly unprofessional. This has hurt BTS army's sentiments. Kindly apologize and rectify your mistake as soon as possible. Please make sure this doesn't happen again. Thank you.
